Pavan’s educational revolution began in 2005 when he quit his high paying corporate job to start the Achieve Academy. a state of the art coaching centre for tenth grade,
which changed the very face of the coaching industry in 2005. Since then, many students whom he has worked, with have experienced powerful transformations and reached places that were previously beyond their imagination.
In 2012 he started India’s only studio school – Achieve School of Education; a practical and studio concept based school for children from kindergarten to grade 10 and in the school, each studio is unique in its appearance and is owned by the subject teacher themselves.

Pavan believes that the application of body language in communication and teaching can change the game in which young students learn. Hence, he has focused his energy on being one of India’s leading kinesthetic communicators
He has applied this to his favourite subject, mathematics to make it game and activity-based, so children feel free to participate and have fun in the classroom.
In 2016, Pavan started his brand Straight A+ with the vision, A+ for life, not just grades.
The A+ goal is to partner with parents, children, teachers and entrepreneurs in working towards making them experts in their chosen path.
2017 was a gigantic year for Pavan; he spoke at TEDx on Kinesthetic Communication.
He forayed into the world of AUTHORS with not one BUT 4 books on a single DAY!. Those are “7 Things Schools must teach children”, “7 Villains to defeat and create an Invincible Kid” and Discover A+ kit – a combination of 2 books.

If 2017 was gigantic, 2018 was a nostalgic one as Aachieve Educational Trust adopted a government school, which was founded by Pavan’s Grandfather Padmashree D.N. Krishnaiah Shetty. By adopting this school, Pavan’s dream to provide education to children at the lower end of the social scale became a reality.
Pavan’s forte is effortlessly switching between an educationist and a master trainer. He has coached more than 600+ entrepreneurs in communication as the Official Trainer for B-Ship an organization, for business networking.
In 2019 a logo for Achieve Group was launched bringing Achieve Academy, Achieve Angels, Achieve School of Education, the adopted Government School and Straight A+ all under one logo.
To ensure Educational Revolution is easy, accessible and at everyone’s fingertips, pavan launched A+ App, which is known by its users as an “Everyday app”

As a teenager, Pavan had joined Toast Masters an International, a non-profit organization teaching Public Speaking and Leadership skills around the world.
And he has been awarded the highest recognition from Toast Masters International namely the DTM (Distinguished Toastmaster).
2020 was another milestone for Pavan when
Achieve School of Education won the prestigious India school merit awards as the best school for state syllabus.
Pavan believes - learning is for life. Driven by this trait, Pavan graduated from the University of Northampton with a Master of Arts in special education and inclusion
In his 2 decades of Public speaking, he has mentored thousands of college students, primary students, teachers, parents and entrepreneurs and all of these are well documented on major social media platforms.
His work towards revamping the educational system to transform students into leaders has been written about in major newspapers and broadcasted on many Indian TV News Channels.
